Time and information are critical in a medical emergency.  Hampton Firefighters have developed an Emergency Medical Information Card that you can use to write down your medical history, the medications you're taking, any allergies you have, your physicians name, people we can contact for you and more. This form folds to the size of a business card and comes with a magnetized envelope that can be placed on your refrigerator.  If you should require an ambulance the firefighters and paramedics that respond can retrieve the card and have all of this information immediately available to them to help in providing you with the best care possible.
